Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order with us. By purchasing from Bedtime Bed Centre, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Bedtime Bed Centre operates under two legal entities:
- Bedtime Bed Centre Norfolk Limited — Kings Lynn showroom
- Bedtime Bed Centre East Anglia Limited — Wisbech showroom
For questions relating to your order, please contact us at: vicki@bedtimebedcentre.co.uk
2. Products
We sell beds, mattresses, divans, headboards, ottomans, and related sleep products. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible. Colours and finishes may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend products at any time.
3. Mattress Comfort & Firmness
Mattresses and pillows are personal comfort products. Comfort, firmness, and feel are subjective and cannot be guaranteed. We strongly recommend visiting one of our showrooms to try products before purchasing. Our team is happy to offer guidance, but the final choice of firmness and type rests with the customer. A change in personal circumstances — such as developing back, neck, or joint discomfort — does not mean a product is faulty.
4. Placing an Order
By placing an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these terms. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and dispatch or arrange delivery of the goods. Please ensure all order details are correct before submitting, as errors may be difficult to correct once an order is placed.
5. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment by the methods shown at checkout.
6. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within our standard delivery area. Delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date where applicable. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your goods at the point of delivery and report any visible damage to us as soon as possible.
7. Access & Measurements
It is your responsibility to ensure that products will fit into your property and through all access points, including doorways, staircases, corridors, and lifts, before placing your order. We strongly recommend measuring carefully before purchase. If an item cannot be delivered due to insufficient access, this does not mean the product is faulty. Any redelivery or return costs in these circumstances may be chargeable.
8. Cancellations, Returns & Refund Policy
Your rights to cancel, return, and receive a refund are set out in our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms and is available on our website. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.
9. Made-to-Order & Personalised Products
Products made to your specification or that are clearly personalised are exempt from standard change-of-mind cancellation rights once production has begun, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We will make this clear to you before you place your order where applicable.
10. Faulty & Damaged Goods
All goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if anything is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Where goods are found to be faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
11. Assembly & Installation
Unless otherwise stated, our products are delivered flat-packed or unassembled. Assembly is the responsibility of the customer unless an assembly service has been agreed and confirmed in writing. We accept no liability for damage caused by incorrect assembly.
12. Disposal of Old Products
Where a disposal or removal service for old beds or mattresses is offered, this will be confirmed at the time of purchase and may be subject to an additional charge. We are unable to remove items that are heavily soiled, infested, or otherwise present a health and safety risk. Disposal services are subject to availability and local arrangements.
13. Website Information
The information on our website is provided in good faith and for general information purposes only. We make no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the information provided. We reserve the right to update or remove website content at any time without notice.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the Bedtime Bed Centre website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Bedtime Bed Centre Norfolk Limited and/or Bedtime Bed Centre East Anglia Limited, or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
15. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal data. Information about how we collect, use, and store your data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By placing an order, you agree to our use of your data in accordance with that policy.
16. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
17. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, supply chain disruption, industrial action, or acts of government. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and take steps to minimise the impact.
18. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that order. We recommend checking this page periodically for any updates.
19. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
