Is there free parking?
Yes — there's free customer parking on site at our King's Lynn showroom.
Can I try mattresses in store?
Absolutely — and we actively encourage it! Take your coat off, get comfy, and take your time. A mattress is a quality investment and we want you to get it right.
Do I have to take my shoes off?
No — we have foot mats on every mattress, though many customers do choose to. Just do whatever you feel most comfortable with!
What if I don't want help and just want to try the beds on my own?
Of course — you're very welcome to browse at your own pace. We're on hand if you have any questions, but we pride ourselves on being friendly and non-pushy. We don't work on commission or have sales targets, so there's absolutely no pressure when you visit us.
I live outside King's Lynn — do you still deliver for free?
Yes! We offer free delivery within 25 miles when you spend over £350. We deliver free to King's Lynn, Terrington St Clements, Hunstanton, Heacham, Downham Market, Swaffham, Fakenham, Sutton Bridge, Holbeach, Spalding and many of the villages and towns in between. Do you allow dogs in store?
Yes, we love dogs! Well-behaved dogs are very welcome — just please don't let them on the beds. They may even get to meet Milo, Kelly's dog and Bedtime's very own mascot. 🐾
