❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Is there free parking?
Yes — there's free customer parking behind the store. Head down the road by the entrance and you'll find our small car park at the back of the shop.
Can I try mattresses in store?
Absolutely — and we actively encourage it! Take your coat off, get comfy, and take your time. A mattress is a quality investment and we want you to get it right.
Do I have to take my shoes off?
No — we have foot mats on every mattress, though many customers do choose to. Just do whatever you feel most comfortable with!
What if I don't want help and just want to try the beds on my own?
Of course — you're very welcome to browse at your own pace. We're on hand if you have any questions, but we pride ourselves on being friendly and non-pushy. We don't work on commission or have sales targets, so there's absolutely no pressure when you visit us.
I live outside Wisbech — do you still deliver for free?
Yes! We offer free delivery within 25 miles when you spend over £350. We deliver free to Long Sutton, Sutton Bridge, Holbeach, Gedney, Murrow, Wisbech St Mary, March, Manea, Chatteris, Downham Market, and King's Lynn — and many of the villages and towns in between. Do you allow dogs in store?
Yes, we love dogs! Well-behaved dogs are very welcome — just please don't let them on the beds. They may even get to meet Milo, Kelly's dog and Bedtime's very own mascot. 🐾
