When placing an order over the phone or via email with us we will send you an email confirming your order. This email is acceptance that a contract has been made between us.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason (not including manufacturing fault) please contact us in writting within 14 days from the date of delivery.
You will be given the option to exchange or refund the goods for a full refund as long as the goods are in the same condition and in the original packaging in which they were delivered.
There must be no damage, stains, smell or settlement (body impressions) present.
This does not apply to bespoke goods or special orders where no refund will be given unless there is a manufacturing fault.
It is your responsibility to delivery the goods to us and cover the associated costs. If you are unable to arrange this, we can arrange collection on your behalf for a minimum fee of £25 depending on your location.
Once we have received the goods in the correct condition a refund will be given.
Please note that if you do not wish to except these terms & conditions then please do not place an order with us and enter into a contract.
